There have been many changes for us all this year but I've found there have been many lovely and unexpected positives too. Watching people connect and support each other has been touching and inspiring.
It's been a year of challenges for us all and as Christmas is nearly here I want to help spread a little Christmas cheer and also let you know about the changes I'm making to develop my work.
I'm excited to tell you about these two special Christmas offers.
1. I have a festive competition on Facebook to win a full photography session with me that includes my new Silver package. The total value is £350 and will be drawn just before Christmas. I really value your support for my business over the years and I hope you enter for a chance to win.
2. As an additional offer to you, I am reducing one of my gift vouchers. A full photographic session and two 8x6 prints for only £50 (reduced from £75). Gift vouchers for other amounts are available too and redeemable against my landscape art shop.
A little update about the business
As a photographer, I want to continue to grow and develop to produce images you will love. I enjoy every session and each one is unique whether it's kids, families, adults or your favourite furry friends. I feel very privileged that you keep returning and trust me to capture your important moments. The images I've taken this year have been extra special, seeing the bond between families and friends grow and become stronger. Photographs are even more precious than they were before and hold our most treasured memories. I can't wait for next years outdoor sessions.
I've also diversified this year and moved into video and drone production. I produced some promotional work for Mostly Ghostly and Crawick Multiverse. Working with the team at Mostly Ghostly was incredible fun. If you haven't seen them I can highly recommend their tours. They are creative, dedicated and very talented at bringing our region to life through local history and folklore. Crawick Multiverse is stunning and is a unique blend of art and dramatic landscape designed by Charles Jencks which changes with the seasons. The team are building a new visitor centre at the moment and it's really worth a visit. Such a beautiful and unique place.
Daily walks in the countryside have also given me the opportunity to go back to landscape photography and I fell in love again with the beautiful region we live in. Adding these to my Instagram page I've been amazed at the feedback and have even won some Bronze and Silver awards through The Guild of Photographers. I've recently had the most popular photographs from the year printed as a 2021 A3 calendar and is available to buy for only £10. This has been a great outlet for me this year and also helped me grow and develop as a photographer.
Thank you for all your support and I wish you a happy and peaceful Christmas.
